Cable ties may be used for wires, cable wires, bicycles, machines, signs, boats, ports, fire extinguishers, air conditioners, criminals, electricity wires, toasters, price tags, large machines, computer motherboards or special industries, etc.
Plastic cable ties are manufactured by an injection moulding process, in which several individual moulds are grouped together side by side to produce a batch of cable ties in a single stroke of moulding. The appearance of a cable tie is determined by the size and the shape of the mould used in the manufacturing process.
Damaged cable ties are caused due to:
- Filthy mould machine pipe
- Improper pressure control of mould machine
- Using recycled or mixed nylon plastic
- Poor heat transferring from recycled material
Dust in the mould machine pipe can cause the cable tie to turn out looking dirty if it’s white, but would be less obvious in colored cable tie. That’s one of the reasons that white cable ties are preferred because they can be seen easily. Of course, the tensile strength is affected as well. A cable tie made using recycled nylon granules can create a rough and not pure white tie, which says buyers who are looking for low price might end up getting cable tie with low quality.
Favortron Co., Ltd. has a full line of cable ties in a wide variety of materials, colors, styles and size options to meet your specific application needs. They have developed a complete range of fastening cable management products for use in bundling applications that require easy installation and dismantling. In addition, nylon granule is directly imported from SOLUTIA INC to ensure the quality of plastic and cable ties.
Favortron has been manufacturing cable ties for more than 27 years and the team has been creating and customizing cable ties for just as long. Their cable ties are ROHS, HALOGEN FREE, UL certified, and currently being used all over the world. If you are looking for a supplier of highly-refined cable ties for multiple uses, look no further than Favortron.

There are two categories of automotive manufacturers: original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket manufacturers. Automotive aftermarket crash parts are used in just 15 percent of repairs. Overall aftermarket sales increased in 2008 to $285.5 billion, an increase of 4.0 percent from 2007. Sales in automotive aftermarket (cars and light trucks) totaled $211.4 billion and sales in the heavy duty vehicle aftermarket totaled $74.1 billion in U.S..
Auto part aftermarket manufacturers look for high quality, rapid service with as much convenience as possible. Most individuals in this market segment are willing to pay an extra premium within the pricing of auto part repair services to avoid the common inconveniences of having a vehicle tied up in a repair shop. Approximately 20% of revenues came from emergency towing of local and freeway traffic.
In Poland, nearly 80 percent of the auto part products manufactured by its automotive industry are exported to other EU countries. Until recently, automotive suppliers in India focused on supplying the auto part aftermarket in India alone. As the auto part aftermarket has matured, auto parts producers are increasingly supplying local original equipment manufacturers and tier one supplier, while exporting parts and facilities to the nearby Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries. India currently accounts for about 1 percent of the global automotive components sourcing market, but is expected to reach 4 percent by 2015.

The global mould making industry is currently in a strong growth period which is expected to be sustained over the next several years. Mold making is one of the important industries involved in our life. Mould tool manufacturers from almost all industries are currently evaluating the purchase of tools from Asia, or have even established supplier relations there – for local or global applications.
The technological development of the emerging die and mold markets in Asia is being pushed by international die and mold manufacturers setting up production there.
The current production and design capabilities of die and mold makers in Taiwan are primarily based on technologies transferred by Japanese mould companies that invested in Taiwan in the1960s and 1970s and trained Taiwan toolmakers. Such training allowed the Taiwan Mold and Die industry to advance rapidly from the production of simple mould products to the manufacture of medium-precision mould and more complex Die and Mold maker from Taiwan producers are known for their short lead times and competitive prices.
Today, mould and die competition is fierce! There are more mould and die competitors offering more choices and more ways to purchase with precision mould machines. Mould customers are more demanding and have higher expectations for their mould productions. There’s greater price resistance to overcome. Profit margins are slimmer and buying decisions take longer.
A new round of mold making industry adjustment is happening around the world, some mould factories are moving to developing countries, and China is becoming the place where you find cheap die and mold manufacturers. On the other hand, local die and mold making companies have to face new requirements for more precise moulds and dies.
